To
provide candidates with focus and direction regarding the CHCM
certification examination, the Board has developed a publication entitled A
Management Approach to Hazard Control.
It provides a concise and meaningful presentation of the management
principles, concepts and techniques that should be employed to achieve an
effective Hazard Control Program.
The
cost of the publication is $20.00 plus $2.00 for postage.
The
cost to Diplomats is $15.00 plus $2.00 postage. Checks should be made
payable to BCHCM. Purchases of 10 or more copes will be further reduced.

- Healthcare Safety Management Book, by James Tweedy
To

- Patient Safety Handbook
This
text provides information about the history and direction of patient safety.
It provides chapters on culture, system safety, key patient safety issues,
